Look in your spam or junk folder first, and search for mail from Maprizon. You have to verify your address before your first sign-in.
If you try to sign in before verifying, the screen that explains it has a button to send the email again. If that doesn't help, email us from the address you signed up with and we will look into it.
On the sign-in screen, choose the forgotten-password link and enter your email address. We will send you a link to set a new one. If nothing arrives, check spam, and make sure you typed the address you registered with.
Open the link in the invitation email and follow the steps to set up your sign-in. If the link has expired or you can't find the email, ask the person who invited you to send a new invitation.
Imagery belongs to the organization that uploaded it, so you only see it when you are signed in as a member of that organization. Make sure you signed in with the address that was invited. If you still don't see it, ask an administrator in your organization to check that you have been added.
Sign in, open Settings, and you will find both there. Account deletion is also available in the Maprizon mobile app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. The privacy policy explains exactly what is removed and what stays with your organization.
Apple's iOS removes the GPS location from photos picked through any web browser, before Maprizon receives them, so there is no position to place them at. This is not something a setting can fix. Use the Maprizon mobile app, which keeps the location, or the desktop uploader.
macOS: open System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll to the bottom and click Open Anyway. Confirm once more when asked.
Windows: when the blue “Windows protected your PC” box appears, click More info and then Run anyway.
The downloads are on the Uploader page once you are signed in.
New uploads can show up shortly after they finish, and become fully visible the next day after overnight processing. If it is still missing after that, check that the upload finished, that it went to the project you expected, and that the project isn't archived.
You don't need an account to ask us to remove it. Use the imagery removal request form. A person reviews every request and you will get an emailed answer, with a reference number to quote if you follow up.
Tell us through the removal request form, choosing the reason that fits. If you followed a link from the map, the image address is already filled in for you.
The privacy policy and terms of service cover it, including what the mobile app collects. Questions about either can go to [email protected].
