OpenStreetMap mappers may use public Maprizon imagery to map. This page records that permission. It is also part of our Terms of Service (Section 5).
Additional permission for OpenStreetMap. For clarity and without limiting any other rights granted, Kaart agrees that the OpenStreetMap Foundation and OpenStreetMap contributors and users may use public Maprizon imagery to derive or extract data, including by viewing, tracing and vector feature extraction, for the purpose of contributing to OpenStreetMap, and may distribute that data under the Open Database License 1.0. Kaart waives any condition of the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence that would conflict with or prohibit that use, and claims no rights in, and places no conditions on, the derived data. Attribution through the changeset source tag (source=Maprizon) and the OpenStreetMap Contributors page is sufficient. This permission covers derived map data only; the photographs themselves remain CC BY-SA 4.0. It does not apply to private organization imagery.
Add source=Maprizon to your changeset. The Maprizon plugin for JOSM offers this automatically.
